It was perfect, as always. I really can’t say enough good things about Ken. He does excellent work, has great product knowledge, and takes excellent care of the job and his environment. He always cleans up immaculately and charges a fair price for his work. He’s professional and straightforward, as well as being punctual and organized. His employees are pleasant and respectful, and he’s one of the only providers I’ll allow in my home when I’m not around. As a matter of fact, I’m so comfortable with Ken, that his wonderful German Shepard is allowed at my home when Ken is there, as well.
